| Business Retention | Assist existing businesses with expansion by consulting and advising to improve and strengthen operations. |
| Monitor & respond to potential business closure risks by advising to retain operations. | |
| Community Development | Make measurable and quantifiable progress on specific community projects that will increase the economic vitality and diversity of the Area. |
| Organizational Development | Improve the functionality of the organization, staff, fundraising, and other activities that improve capabilities & sustainability. |
